Students in Robotics learn to program robots, and then they take those robots to contest to see how well they perform in competition.
The robotics competition was in late January.
This year NHS Senior Cameron Daniels competed in the Robotics competition for the third time.
“I like the challenge,” he said. “I was the team captain. Our robot had to move checks to certain spots on the board in order to earn points.”
Cameron said he enjoys being in Robotics with students who enjoy doing the same things that he enjoys.
“It’s fun, and it’s a great challenge,” he said.
Cameron is also involved in National Honor Society, Students of Color, Choir and Tennis.
Robotics sponsors are Bill Simms and James Mason.
